With more than 30 years of experience altering men's and women's clothing, this St. Petersburg shop can handle most any alteration or repair job. It has been in operation since 1998 in the same location. Jessie started to learn how to sew at the age of seven in her grandmother’s shop. Sewing quickly became her passion as Jessie later continued her training as a seamstress in a large and well-known manufacturing company. In addition, before opening her own business, Jessie specialized in formal dresses for special occasions such as ballroom competitions and weddings. Therefore, there is no job too difficult for her to handle. At her shop, Jessie specializes in wedding apparel for brides and grooms, also does hemming, patching, resizing and zipper repair including beads work. A lot of the work is done by hand. We also have fitting rooms for your convenience. Furthermore, Jessie provides sewing classes as she would like to share the secret and unique way of sewing that has been passed down to her by four generations of seamstresses in her family.
